Block Party - Fourth of July, 2010.
The evening started out cloudy but dry. After an hour or so of lighting smoke bombs, sparklers, and other assorted fireworks it began to rain. You know kids, they are experts at making lemonade with lemons of life....if the adults in their lives leave them at it... :)

Early morning BEAUTY! Taken on my way to Topeka Friday morning. I love the lighting and the long shadows. Such nice compassion. I like the TALL tree framing the edge of pic two and the fence and timber line framing the first pic.

Found a beautiful rolling meadow. I want to go back early some morning to photography the other slop

This barn integers me. Why so many windows? Most barns I know of have few, if any, windows....

Fun pics from the reunion.

Mister Wren is still working on his, as of yet, bachelor pad.

This is Shadow and Kricket on our walk to see the Iris. We had fun taking pics of the flowers. Miss Kricket is my BLUE BIRD OF HAPPINESS! She is always so excited about life. Shadow is a sweet loving puppy. Both my Girls are a true joy in my life.

How beautiful are these?!!

These are my Girls: Kricket and Shadow.

They don't understand why they are up on the balcony and I am down in the courtyard without them?
